About the programme The 12-week OptiJourney programme is broken into three easy to follow phases – Weight Loss Reintroduction to Food Healthy Lifestyle Maintenance Each phase is supported by our OptiJourney coaches who offer personalised support and advice. Much of that support will come through the OptiJourney app, where you'll receive reminders and be able contact the OptiJourney coaches. What happens next? You will receive a call from a Pharmacist at your chosen Tesco Extra store to book an appointment that is convenient to you, alternatively you can visit your chosen store to book your appointment. Your first appointment should last no longer than 30 minutes. After running through the screening questions and taking measurements the Pharmacist can sign you up and you can purchase an OptiJourney starter pack containing 3 days' worth of products. The Pharmacist can also provide you access to the app. You will also receive a FREE FitBit upon completion of your Day 3 pharmacy check-in appointment.* What do I need to take along to my appointment? Please ensure that you take your most recent repeat prescription, or – if you don't have this – then you can take your medication packaging.
